Try this Gà Hấp Muối, aka steamed chicken on a bed of rock salt, an awesome way to cook a whole chicken that turned out very moist and tasty.

♥Ingredients:
1 cage-free chicken (about 2 ½ lbs)
1 cup rock salt
¼ onion, thickly sliced
4 stalks of lemongrass, washed
3 inches fresh ginger knob, washed, peeled & sliced
½ cup kaffir lime leaves, washed
1 tbsp turmeric powder
salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black peppercorn

To serve:
lime
salt
ground pepper
Vietnamese coriander (rau răm)
